VersaTube Building Systems
Products
All items detailed in customer's quote are included in the
special order. Upon order, full payment will be due
for VersaTube Building System orders unless otherwise
agreed to in writing by management. Because all
VersaTube Building Systems orders are special order, once
the credit card has been processed, there is a no
cancellation and no refund and no return policy.
Once customer's order is
placed with VersaTube Building Systems, it will be shipped
within an average of four to eight weeks. Unless
picked up at a local warehouse, all VersaTube Building
Systems orders are shipped by a major LTL freight
carrier. If a order is damaged, is it the sole responsibility
of the customer to mark "damaged" on the bill of
laden (BOL) at the time the shipment is received. If
a customer refuses a shipment of a order, the customer
will not be subject to a refund of their order. The
customer will be liable for storage fees set forth by the
LTL freight carrier for placing their shipment in storage
until it is successfully delivered.
Etomic Steel Structures,
Inc. and Carports.com are not responsible for the
installation of VersaTube Building Systems orders. Customers who place an order with Etomic
Steel Structures, Inc. and Carports.com make payment for
the order and shipping quote in full at the time of
ordering, which is not refundable for any
reason. Etomic Steel Structures, Inc. and Carports.com
encourages all customers to research products, local area
building codes, permitting and other possibilities before
placing their order to prevent unforeseen issues. The customer is also responsible
for resolving any issues that may arise directly with
VersaTube Building Systems and not hold Etomic Steel
Structures, Inc. and Carports.com responsible for any
manufacturers guarantees, warranties, installation issues,
delivery times, and any other unforeseen problem(s) that
could arise throughout the process. Etomic Steel
Structures, Inc. and Carports.com will work in good faith
with the customer and VersaTube Building Systems to assist in
resolving issues if any develop as long as both parties
are giving reasonable and conscious effort to resolve the
issue. Etomic Steel Structures, Inc. and
Carports.com take great pride in selling VersaTube
Building Systems but are only hold responsibilities of a
"dealer" for VersaTube Building Systems. As a
dealer, Etomic Steel Structures, Inc. and Carports.com
resolves the right to hold payment(s) made to Etomic
Steel Structures, Inc. and Carports.com to be
non-refundable. In the event the customer wishes to
cancel the order placed for a VersaTube Building Systems
product, the full payment is not refunded to the customer
unless otherwise agreed by Etomic Steel Structures, Inc.
and Carports.com senior management.
EtomicSteel™ Products
All items detailed in customer's quote are included in the
special order. Upon order, full payment will be due
for EtomicSteel™ orders unless otherwise
agreed to in writing by management. Because all
EtomicSteel™ orders are special order, once the credit
card has been processed, there is a no cancellation and
no refund and no return policy after the initial 24
hour period from the time the credit card is
charged. Once customer's order is
placed with EtomicSteel™, it will be shipped
within two business days if the product is in-stock.
Unless picked up at a local warehouse, all EtomicSteel™
orders are shipped by a major LTL freight carrier.

full payment is not refunded to the customer

also known as "INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY"
Because all INSTALLED UNIT
orders are special
order, once the order has been placed, there is a no
cancellation and no refund and no return policy.
Once customer's order is
placed with INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY, it will be delivered
and installed within an average of three to eight weeks.
It is made clear with all customers that this is an
“average” and there is no way for Etomic Steel
Structures, Inc. or Carports.com to guarantee a delivery
or installation date for INSTALLED
UNIT COMPANY products
because it varies depending on the installation crew,
transportation availability, weather, schedules, readily
available inventory, and other possible unforeseen
reasons. This is normal for this industry. When ordering
through Carports.com, you can rest assured that you will
get your order as soon as possible.
Etomic Steel Structures,
Inc. and Carports.com are not responsible for the
installation nor delivery for INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY orders. Customers who place an order with Etomic
Steel Structures, Inc. and Carports.com put a 10% down
payment on the order, which is not refundable for any
reason. Etomic Steel Structures, Inc. and Carports.com
encourages all customers to research products, local area
building codes, permitting and other possibilities before
placing their order to prevent unforeseen issues. It
is the responsibility of the customer to work with INSTALLED
UNIT COMPANY to successfully schedule a delivery
date according to the customers and INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY's schedules. The customer is also responsible
for resolving any issues that may arise directly with INSTALLED
UNIT COMPANY and not hold Etomic Steel
Structures, Inc. and Carports.com responsible for any
manufacturers guarantees, warranties, installation issues,
delivery times, and any other unforeseen problem(s) that
could arise throughout the process. Etomic Steel
Structures, Inc. and Carports.com will work in good faith
with the customer and INSTALLED UNIT COMPANY to assist in
resolving issues if any develop as long as both parties
are giving reasonable and conscious effort to resolve the
